Reschedule, Cancellation & Refund Policy for Healing & Guidance Sessions and Soul Retrievals:
Reschedule Policy – 48 hours prior to session
You may reschedule your Healing & Guidance Session 48 hours prior to your session. Please email me at info@jennyschiltz.com as soon as you are aware of the need to reschedule, this gives me more time to fill your spot. You will be given a code that will allow you to book a new appointment.
Multiple rescheduling of appointments may result in termination of our working together.
Cancellation Policy – 48 hours prior to your session
Should you decide to cancel your session, without the intent to reschedule, a refund will be given minus a $15 service fee. This does not automatically happen when you cancel the appointment as most people want to reschedule. Please email me at info@jennyschiltz.com to begin your refund process.
Cancellation Policy – Less than 48 hours prior to your session
If you cancel with less than 48 hours prior to your session, you forfeit your session cost and the ability to reschedule, unless I am able to fill your spot. If I am able to put another in your spot you will be able to reschedule your session. Understand that space was reserved for you and by not making your appointment you are taking that space from another.
Cancellation & Refund Policy for Inner Circle & Group Healing Sessions:
Cancellation Policy – 24 hours prior to the session
Should you decide to cancel your Inner Circle or Group Healing session, a refund will be given minus a $5 service fee. After the session has been held, refunds are not available. Thank you for understanding.
